The Agent Messaging Mechanism to Research in ISO 9001:2000 Electronic Documentation Management

Abstract

Using information technology to promote environment of enterprise superiority, enterpriser should have power to keep superiority. They will use information technology to construct more superior management system. There are two major prevalent management systems (Quality Management System and Environment Management System). Not only request an oral management system but also concrete display by document. They usually will use large-scale enterprise to reach institutionalize of document. Enterprise should not self-contented by existent record and document but continually improve foundation. This study will aim at QMS which is one of the most popular management systems. According to ISO9001 the series of ISO9000 (International standard organization), One uses the latest new two thousand a version of ISO 9001 to replace 94's a version of ISO 9001. Not only to counter products or service's quality assurance but emphasize two thousand a version of ISO 9001 of vitality Quality Management System of requests to enhance customer satisfied situation. I will aim at document layer, document orientation, document fabrication, document management, document distribution, management of record, and gather statistics analysis etc... The kernel point is to create a document management system. In order to solve the problem of the facile mistake by document flow frequently, the efficacious e-document management could promote data interchange easily. This paper is base on agents and ISO 9001 to communicate and coordinate document. Through characteristic of agents to transfer the problem and notice quality of data, I could control limitation of the period of validity, which could delay the data transmission. This study will through company of documentation management system to prove the theory and to test the model's feasibility study. The paper can provide the references to dependence factories and stores.
