用聽的瀏覽器

Abstract


在本論文中提出了一個「用聽的瀏覽器」的架構並加以實作,可以將網頁上的文字資料翻譯成另一種語言後轉換為自然語言輸出。對盲人、不識字者、手機使用者、企業及中國大陸皆有極為重要的應用和效益。The structure of ”A talking Browser” is proposed and implemented in this paper. It can translate the text information obtained from a web page to another language, and then read it out using the target language. For blind people, illiterates, cell-phone users, companies and Mainland China, there are important applications and benefits.
