深具展覽彈性之虛擬博物館架構設計

Abstract


本篇論文將給合博物館理論、教育理論與網際網路之技術,發展一套以XML為主之虛擬博物館系統架構,以支援超越時間與空間的網路型態學習。此系統架構將有別於傳統之虛擬博物館系統,包括了資訊中心、博物館資料庫、一般性系統管理者、展覽內容交流管理員、展覽管理員、使用者狀態回報員等六大模組,不但克服常見的虛擬博物館設計缺陷,並在設計上包含遠距教學與博物館教育等理念。In this paper, we propose an XML-based virtual museum system framework that integrates the museology, educational theories and internet technologies, in order to support internet learning without temporal and spatial restriction. The proposed system framework consists of six modules, which are information center, museum database, general system manager, content interchange manager, exhibition manager and user state reporter. It is thus different from conventional virtual museum systems. The proposed virtual museum framework can not only overcome the defects that usually occur in conventional virtual museum systems, but can also embrace the ideas of distance learning and museum education in design.
