使用多重頻道多重網路介面的無線網狀網路下頻道分配之研究

Abstract

這篇論文主要研究在無線網狀網路下如何利用多重頻道以及多重網路介面提升網路效能。我們主要研究集中式頻道分配，文中比較三種不同的頻道分配演算法，分別是流量感知、基於著色的流量感知以及混合型的頻道分配。我們的目的是討論干擾與不同頻道分配機制之間的差異問題，我們使用NS-2的網路模擬工具模擬這三種頻道分配機制的效果。實驗以封包遺失率、末端兩點的延遲時間以及生產量比較這三種方法在干擾程度上的優劣。This paper mainly addresses the issue of using the multi-channel and multi-radio technique to improve the performance of a wireless mesh network. We focus on the centralized channel allocation problem. There are three different algorithms which have been compared including load-aware, color-based and load-aware, and hybrid channel assignments. Our goal is to study the different influences of channel interference on channel assignment. The experiments are performed using the NS-2 simulation tool to evaluate these three algorithms in terms of packet drop rate, end-to-end delay, and throughput.
