基於VoiceXML之網路互動式語音學習之測驗系統實做

Abstract

隨著科技不斷的進步，人們學習的方式越多元，教育與網路結合的e-learning漸漸成為人們用來學習知識的一種方式。籍由網際網路的迅速普及，e-learning的應用也蓬勃發展。另一方面，電話語音技術不斷進步，電話語音服務可以加入語音辨識與合成的功能，讓電話語音系統不再像是傳統互動式語音回覆系統(IVR)固定而死板的對話。透過VoiceXML語音系統，人們可以讓電話語音介面更為活潑更為人性化，並且和網際網路資源緊密結合。因此本論文利用VoiceXML語音系統來實做一個「電話語音測驗系統」，來實現另一種透過網路資源達到學習的方式。這個系統可以讓老師輕易的透過網際網路來編寫試題、自訂考卷或檢視學生資訊，而學生則透過電話網路進入本系統進行測驗或是查閱成績。相信完成這套系統不僅讓e-learning的應用更寬廣，最重要的它能讓不方便使用網際網路的朋友們透過語音來學習網路上取之不竭的資源，尤其對視障朋友們會有莫大的幫助。With technology development, there are more and more choices for learning. E-Learning, a meaning of education combines with Internet, has gradually become another way for people to obtain knowledge. Due to rapid prevalence of Internet, the application of E-learning is blooming. In addition, because the telephone speech technology is progressing, speech recognition and synthesis can be added to telephony service, resulting in conversations are more various and active than those in traditional IVR. Telephone speech would be more active and human through VoiceXML and more easily to access Internet resources. Therefore, this paper aims to make a” Interactive Voice-Learning System for Examination based on VoiceXML”, carrying out another way to learn through resources on-line. The system allows teachers to create a test paper and check every student's conditions more easily; while students can take a test and check scores over the system. It is believed that to complete this system, Interactive Voice-Learning System for Examination based on VoiceXML, not only broadens the application of e-learning, more importantly, but also benefits those who can't use Internet conveniently for learning, through this system to obtain a great amount of information from Internet, especially it will definitely be a great help for the handicapped.
