Animation Templates for WAP

Abstract

Most WAP websites provide text-only content, and thus are less attractive to the users. Animation is one of the desirable futures for WAP servers. However, most WAP toolkits do not provide animation tools and it is difficult to design animation for WAP websites. In this paper, we present WAP animation templates and a graphic user interface that can generate animation WML codes from the animation templates automatically. The design of the WAP animation templates and animation examples for Physics lessons are described in this paper.
