網際網路上應用系統架構之研究-以地理資訊系統上網為例

Abstract

本文探討各種不同建構網際網路應用系統架構的方式，並以地理資訊系統之上網技術為應用實例作深入研究。我們先分析以多階層技術來設計地理資訊系統上網架構的特性與種類，進而歸納出多層次網際網路應用系統的四個組成要件：用戶端、中介軟體、應用程式伺服器與資料伺服器等四大部分。基於此一架構，我們實作一以網際網路地理資訊系統為應用實例之中縣農特產品地理資訊系統。實作系統支援地理資訊系統的基本運算、查詢及資料編修等功能，使用三種ESRI地理資訊系統上網軟體，並提供多樣化的用戶端使用介面。期以透過網際網路將地理資訊系統的功能分享給遠端使用者，藉以檢視網際網路上應用系統的架構與運作。In this paper, we explore various Internet application system architectures and take the Geographic Information System (GIS) over Internet, GIS on-lined, as an in-depth practical implication. After analyzing the characteristics and classifications of multi-tier Internet based GIS architectures, we induce the four major constituents of an Internet application system: client, middleware, application server and data server. Based on this architecture, we develop a multi-tier Internet-based GIS, Taichung Special Agriculture Product GIS system. Using three versions of ESRI GIS software, the implement system supports various basic GIS operations, such as querying and editing, and provides various user interface. Through the investigation of this Internet-based GIS system, we may closed examine the architecture and operations of an Internet-based application.
