Theme and Scope

Rapid development of electronic and information technology in the past decades brings dramatic changes to the way people think and live. From traditional telecommunication networks to the most up-to-date 5G mobile communication network, the endless progress of communication technology has greatly boosted information exchange and transmission, and thus extends and strengthens the connections between different parts of the world. Meanwhile, recent development of computer science and technology provides more advanced and powerful tools to handle the explosively growing data and information.

This special issue aims to provide a platform for excellent papers and outstanding researches from CECNet 2019. Selected papers should be substantially extended at least 40% compared to its conference version. Topics of interest include but not limited to:

Instructions for Manuscripts

Selected papers from “The 9th International Conference on Electronics, Communications and Networks (CECNet 2019)”

Each paper, written in English, the maximum words number in each paper should be below 8,000 words, including references and illustrations. More information can be found at http://jit.ndhu.edu.tw . Before submission authors should carefully read over the journal’s Author Guidelines, which are located at https://jit.ndhu.edu.tw/about/submissions#authorGuideline. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal Manuscript Tracking System at https://mc04.manuscriptcentral.com/internet-tech. When submitting papers, authors should specify that the manuscript is for Special Issue on “The 9th International Conference on Electronics, Communications and Networks (CECNet 2019)”.
