Theme and Scope The International Conference on the Development and Application of Big Data and Enterprise Resource Management, 2018 (ICBDERM) solicits papers, practices, and experiences for presenting innovative applications, research results, problem solutions, and new challenges in the field of big data and enterprise resource management. This year, ICBDERM is held at National Dong Hwa University, Hualien, Taiwan, on 17 March, 2018. The aim of ICBDERM is to serve as an academic forum for reporting recent advances on development and application of big data and enterprise resource management research, and to give attendees an opportunity to interact with experts in academia, industry, and governments. More information about the conference can be found at its website http://conf.cerps.org.tw/. The main goal of this special issue is to publish outstanding researches from ICBDERM. We plan to select the papers relevant to big data and enterprise resource management from the accepted papers based on the reviews (comments and scores) and the presentations during the conferences. Each selected paper must be substantially extended, with at least 40% difference from its conference version. Topics of interest include but are not limited to: - Big Data analysis, Data Mining and Application - Strategies of E-business, Integration of Business Strategy and Information Technology - Business Process Planning, Integration and Restructuring, Organizational Reform and Integration Management - Knowledge Management and Innovation - E-commerce and Other Developments and Applications of E-business - The development of E-finance and IFRS - Cloud Computing - Other E-business Topics
Instructions for Manuscripts Each paper, written in English, should be no more than 5000 Words, including references and illustrations. All submitted papers will be reviewed and selected based on their originality, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation. The covering letter should indicate the names of the authors and their affiliations, addresses, faxes, and e-mails.
