JIT has announced a partnership with ScholarOne. We will start the new manuscript submission system, ScholarOne, from April 21st, 2015. This change is to improve our quality and efficiency of service. From now on, after we receive a submission, we will do our best to shorten the review process, and make a decision within 6 months.

Our original submission system will not accept any new submissions from April 21st, 2015. Submissions before April 21st, 2015. via here , please do not resubmit your manuscript in ScholarOne as it will be reviewed in the old system.
