There may be a fraud happening regarding JIT lately. For example, some organizations sent out emails for publication fee or registration fee without proper authorization from JIT. Therefore, JIT would like to remind you that the only official contact window for JIT is claire@niu.edu.tw or jit@niu.edu.tw and JIT will never ask for publication fee beforehand unless accepted papers are about to be published.

JIT will provide Open Access for the articles published before 2008 (including 2008), staring from 2011/01/01.
As for articles published after 2009, for those who are not the current JIT users, the link will be directed to the website of Airiti Inc.
