There may be a fraud happening regarding JIT lately. For example, some organizations sent out emails for publication fee or registration fee without proper authorization from JIT. Therefore, JIT would like to remind you that the only official contact window for JIT is claire@niu.edu.tw or jit@niu.edu.tw and JIT will never ask for publication fee beforehand unless accepted papers are about to be published.
The newest IF for JIT has been released and is 0.508.
Journal of Internet Technology is published by National Ilan University (NIU), which is indexed by SCIE. The President of NIU is the inaugural and present Chief of editor.
Journal of Internet Technology can now begin using CrossRef from March, 2011.
2009 acceptance rate is 22%.
2008 acceptance rate is 31%.
JIT ranks 21 out of 63 Taiwanese Journals from SCImago Journal & Country Rank. (2013)
JIT will provide Open Access for the articles published before 2008 (including 2008), staring from 2011/01/01.
As for articles published after 2009, for those who are not the current JIT users, the link will be directed to the website of Airiti Inc.
If your library has bought the database from Airiti Inc, you can still download articles for free through your campus network.JIT rank 32 out of the 55 academic journals from Taiwan in 2008.

Congratulations!JIT is included in Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE).
JIT has been included in Science Citation Index Expanded starting from 2008 (Vol. 9, No. 1).
JIT is not going to accept Chinese submission starting from January 2009.
Chinese submission will have to first submit to TANET annual conference and for those TANET best papers recommended to JIT can get published.
Due to the raising of printing cost, the annual overseas subscription fee will be raised to US$250 starting from 2009/01/01
